How do I return an item and / or obtain a refund?
If you have a problem with any of the items supplied we would request that you contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery using the Contact Us form or email sales@caddylinersdirect.co.uk and provide your order reference and full information about the problem.
We will try our best to resolve the problem without you having to return the item, but if it is deemed necessary we will send you full details of the return address.
If the item is faulty we will arrange collection at our expense.
Unless faulty, refunds will only be given for items returned un-opened and un-used. We will refund the amount originally paid for the returned items via the same payment method used when the order was placed.
We believe our prices are the lowest available on the Internet. Please let us know if you find the same products at a lower price, including delivery charges, from any other Internet business web site and we will guarantee to match it. Excludes special offers.
