How much does delivery cost?

All orders are delivered FREE of charge within mainland UK. Sorry, but we do not deliver outside the UK.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Stock items are dispatched within 1 working day for delivery in 2 - 3 working days. Please allow slightly longer for delivery over holiday periods and immediately following a Bank Holiday. Smaller orders are sent by Royal Mail and larger ones by Courier.

Bulk orders, due to the weight, are sent using specialist couriers. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that you have still not received your order after 7 working days please contact us using the Contact Us form or email sales@caddylinersdirect.co.uk.

Can I collect my order?

Sorry, we do not allow collections. All orders will be delivered to the delivery address confirmed on your order.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Debit / credit card
  • Amazon account
  • PayPal account
  • Bank transfer / BACS

We are a School, College or University, can we pay by invoice?

Yes, before placing your first order please register for an account. Once approved (non-commercial organisations only) you will be able to place an order and select the 'Pay by Invoice' payment method.

An invoice will be forwarded either with your order items, or in the case of bulk orders sent separately by post.

We don't have a debit / credit card, Amazon or PayPal account, can we pay by any other method?

Yes, when placing your first order you will be able to register for an account as part of the checkout process and select the 'Bank Transfer / BACS' payment method. Once the order is placed you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order with our bank details. Items will not be dispatched until your payment has been received.

Do you accept payment by cheque?

Sorry, due to the increased processing time and fees we do not accept cheque payments. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods above.

Can I order by telephone or post?

Orders can only be placed via our website and paid using one of the payment methods above.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices shown on our web site are fully inclusive of VAT and FREE UK delivery. A VAT invoice will be provided with your order (sent separately for bulk orders).

The number of bags per roll you sell is different to other suppliers, how can I compare the price?

Take the total cost including delivery charges for the number of rolls you require and divide it by the total number of bags on those rolls to get the cost of each bag.

You can then compare the different suppliers delivered bag prices to ensure you are getting the best deal.

How do I return an item and / or obtain a refund?

If you have a problem with any item supplied we would request that you contact us as soon as possible using the Contact Us form and provide your order reference and full information about the problem. We will try our best to resolve the problem without you having to return the item, but if it is deemed necessary we will send you full details of the return address.

Unless faulty refunds will only be given for items returned un-opened and un-used. We will refund the amount originally paid for the returned items via the same payment method used when the order was placed.

Should I use liners in both the Kitchen Caddy and Kerbside Caddy?

We would certainly recommend lining your Kitchen Caddy. The main advantage of using a liner being hygiene, it helps keep the caddy cleaner and combat food odours and flies while collecting your food waste. You could of course line both or just the outside Kerbside Caddy.

Can the liners be used with my council food waste recycling scheme?

Our liners are fully compliant with the European standard EN 13432 and as such are approved for use with council food waste recycling schemes.

How long can I store the liners before I use them?

Liners should be stored in a cool dry environment. Liners will not biodegrade in storage, biodegradation will only be initiated in a compost environment in the presence of micro-organisms, humidity and warmth. However, over time, the material may lose some of its mechanical properties and weaken.

To ensure optimum performance we would recommend purchasing no more than you would expect to use over a 12 month period.
